‘Bad Habits No More: 25 Steps to Break Any Bad Habit’ is a step by step mini guide to overcome a bad habit. I love how the 25 steps explain the various stages we have to undergo when undoing a habit. I can easily relate myself to the steps explained in the book.

Overall, this is a nice short book that will motivate you to stop doing the bad habit which is not yielding any desirable results in your life. It’s a quick read. It just took 1 hour for me to finish off the book.
