If you have read my earlier months goals, you might have known that I want to stay fit as much as possible. I have only a couple of days to finish the 90-day exercise challenge which I began in April 2016. Once I finish that off, I want to stick to basic cardio workouts and abs toning exercises this month. Besides workout, I want to maintain a food journal to track my eating habits.

Habits are hard to form. We should be willing to keep trying till we make it part of each day routine. Overnight results won’t happen. Be patient. If you are failing to create new habits, see if you are making any of the above mistakes. It will give you leads on your trouble spot.

It tells the importance of prioritization. I am firm believer of Pareto principle. Instead of investing our time and effort in all areas, we can simply focus our energy on the 20% which can instantly double our outcomes.
