If you have read my earlier months goals, you might have known that I want to stay fit as much as possible. I have only a couple of days to finish the 90-day exercise challenge which I began in April 2016. Once I finish that off, I want to stick to basic cardio workouts and abs toning exercises this month. Besides workout, I want to maintain a food journal to track my eating habits.

I have been trying to build up an exercise habit in my schedule. Till now, I am struggling to make it a daily habit. If you remember, I am doing a 90-day challenge for exercise; even then, I am struggling to do it every day. Sometimes, I simply don’t feel like doing it. I know how rewarding it would be to do exercise daily. Even then, I refuse to do it. I don’t do it with an ease. Where am I failing?

I went out with kids for the past two weekends. And I really enjoyed it more than kids. Looks like I am deprived off entertainment compared to kids. Working from home full time along with kids is really taking a toll on me. So outings on weekends are great refreshment.
